Earn 12x Points on JetBlue Flights

This post may contain affiliate links from our advertising partners, such as American Express. Read my Advertiser Disclosure policy here.

JetBlue is offering triple the number of points for all new purchases before December 30, 2011 for travel by February 15, 2011. The triple points will give you 12 points per $1 spent on the base fare for purchases at jetblue.com.

Typically, you receive 6 points per $1 spent (3 points for just flying JetBlue + an additional 3 points if purchased on jetblue.com). The normal 3 points given to all customer is tripled (for a total of 9 points), and you will still receive the additional 3 points for purchasing on jetblue.com giving you a grand total of 12 points per $1 spent. I know it is being advertised as “triple” points, but in actuality it is more like “double” points.

While this promotion would not make me fly JetBlue over another carrier, it is a great promotion to register for if you have a JetBlue flight in mind anyways.

Make sure to register here prior to purchasing your next JetBlue flight.

Additional Terms:

  • Roundtrip purchase is not required
  • Reservation changes – you will still earn the 12 points per $1 spent on the base fare as long as the new reservation is made by December 30th and you are still traveling by February 15th
  • Blackout dates: December 16, 2011-January 3, 2012
  • Valid for purchase of any fare class on JetBlue operated flights (no partner, code share or interline flights)
