The Travel Deals tab has been updated with this weeks travel from the various deal-a-day sites including: Living Social, Groupon, and SniqueAway.

Also, make sure to check out the Promotions, which lists the most up to date credit card, hotel, airline, and car rental promotions. If you ever want a quick view of what is going on in the points and miles deal world – go there! This should be your one-stop-shop for all promotions that have been blogged about in the past!

Both these two pages are updated every time there is a new travel deal or promotion, so make sure to come back often!

Weekly Reminders:

  • Marriott is changing the hotel categories for over 600 hotels (with most of them going up a category. The last day to make a reservation under the previous category is March 15th (for hotels that are impacted – do not delay! Blog Post
  • The last day to register for the Starwood quarterly promotion (where you get 2x or 3x points) is March 15. Blog Post
  • The last day to purchase Hyatt points with a 30% bonus is March 15th. Blog Post
  • American Express and Twitter have teamed up to offer statement credits at the following merchants: 1-800-Flowers, McDonalds, H&M, Gulf, Century 21, Whole Foods, Dell, Seamless Web, FedEx, Cheesecake Factory, Sports Authority, Best Buy. Blog Post
  • Continental and United have officially become one as of last Saturday. Blog Post
