Tomorrow marks day 8 of the Daily Getaways Travel promotion and with that you can purchase Marriott gift cards for about a 20% discount!

While most of the other promotions thus far have been of little interest to me, this is actually a great deal in my opinion. If you know of an upcoming Marriott stay, this is a great way to save some money on your hotel bill. Keep in mind though that you are not able to use gift cards on any pre-paid rate reservations. Gift cards are only able to be redeemed upon check out and prepaid rates will typically charge your credit card immediately upon making the reservation.

Like all the other Daily Getaway offers, using an American Express card will give you 10% off your purchase, thus making the total discount 20% off the gift card. If you do not use an Amex credit card, you will be getting more like 11% off the gift card amount. This offer will go on sale at 1pm EST Wednesday April 18th and is one I can foresee selling out extremely quickly (within minutes) – do not delay!

There are a few different offers and you are only able to purchase a maximum quantity of 1 per offer.
