    Any idea if they’re actually going to have a sale on Black Friday? Would it be better to get this deal or wait and see what they have next week?

  • dealswelike said,

    @Mel – The good thing with Southwest is that you can change your ticket for no fee and if there is a credit you have one year to use. I am not sure if this is it, or if next week will be better.

  • Tom said,

    Another Yawn of a Sale from Southwest.

  • Adam said,

    @Tom – Yawn?!?

    I just re=booked a trip to Tahoe/Reno from $604 to $340, and saved $65/each on 2 other tickets to Houston.

    This is a great promo if you can take advantage!

  • PSL said,

    The fact that Southwest will not allow sale bookings using Rapid Rewards points is akin to a walking into a supermarket with a gift card and finding out you can’t use it for that week’s specials. Shame on you, Southwest!

  • Rita said,

    @ PSL – that’s the part that I dislike most about Southwest’s program.

  • Adam2 said,

    Where does it state that point can’t be used?
