By syncing your American Express card, you can get a $10 statement credit with a $50+ purchase at Lowe’s in-store and online at www.lowes.com. You can register for this promotion two ways:
- Going to your American Express account and registering for this promotion via the “Offers for You” tab, or
- Syncing your American Express credit card to Twitter and tweeting #AmexLowes; you can sync your American Express card with Twitter here
If you read this blog often, you know that I absolutely love the American Express Sync concept and have received a bunch of statement credits due to making purchases with a registered Amex credit card. Remember, these promotions are only valuable to those with an American Express card (non-Corporate or prepaid cards) and is only a one-time statement credit. If you have multiple Amex cards, you will need to sync them to different accounts.
This promotion ends November 15, 2013. If you are purchasing an item that will not be delivering till after this date, you must ensure that your purchase posts by this date or you will not earn the statement credit. The terms also state that electronic gift cards purchased online do not count, however, regular gift cards will (purchased in store or online). This will allow you to make a purchase post 11/15, but still get the benefit of the $10 statement credit.
You can fully maximize your online purchase as well by going through an online shopping portal first. Currently TopCashBack.com will give you 4% back (although 2% on gift card purchases), Chase UR Shopping portal is 3 points per dollar spent, American Airlines is 3 points per dollar spent, and Marriott is 4 points per dollar spent.

The Lowes promo shows up on my “offers for you” ,however when I click on it , I get offer no currently available. Is anyone else seeing this?
@kevin – I am seeing it available in my account but sometimes Amex doesn’t make all offers available in all accounts or takes a few days to show up. You can also register via twitter.

Not sure how you sync an additional Amex card after syncing the first one” The offer doesn’t show up when I click on the other Amex card I carry.
