If you currently have Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Delta status you will be able to receive elite status in the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards program! While many might not care about car rental status, you can get some pretty good perks when having status with Hertz.

  • Diamond Medallions will receive President’s Circle® status
  • Platinum Medallions will receive President’s Circle® status
  • Gold Medallions will receive Five Star® status

Hertz Status with Delta

To receive this status you will need to enter your Delta Skymiles number on this Delta site. No where on the site does it ask you to enter your Hertz number so I am not quite sure how it will match up, but it does say that it can take up to eight weeks for your status to be reflected in your Hertz Gold Plus Rewards account.

Really this promotion is better for those with Diamond and Platinum status as you’ll receive President’s Circle status. With this status you’ll receive a guaranteed one-class upgrade and a 25% bonus on all Hertz points earned. If you have Gold status and will receive the Hertz Five Star status through this promotion it will give you a one-class upgrade if available, so no guarantees. You’ll also get a 10% bonus on all Hertz points earned. You can learn more about the various benefits with Hertz status here.

Thanks to Loyalty Lobby for sharing this promotion.
