Finally a decent hotel promotion! Club Carlson just announced a new promotion where you can actually get a decent bonus on your upcoming stays. Between January 12 and March 21, 2015, you can earn up to 30,000 points PER STAY.

  • 2-night stays = 15,000 bonus points
  • 3-night stays = 30,000 bonus points

You must register for this promotion prior to your stay. Club Carlson hotels include: Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inns & Suites By Carlson.

While a 1-night stay won’t get you a bonus, a 2- or 3-night stay can possibly give you the equivalent points back that you paid. Since some Club Carlson hotels can be super cheap at times, you could potentially find a three night stay for less than $200 including taxes. This will yield you 30,000 bonus points plus the points you’d earn anyways (10 points per dollar spent and if you have the Club Carlson credit card (premier or business) you’ll get another 10 points per dollar spent).

There is no cap on the number of points you can earn which is awesome. For some, this could actually be mattress run worthy depending on the hotel rate and where you are looking to redeem your points. Remember, if you have the Club Carlson credit card you will get a free night stay when using your points on ALL stays! This means if you have a two night stay, you will pay for the first night with points and your second night is free! You can learn more about the Club Carlson credit card here.
