Daily Getaways Weeks 4 and 5 Announced!

The entire 5 weeks sale for the Daily Getaways is now live! When the preview deals were initially launched, they only included Weeks 1, 2, and 3. Well fortunately, the deals for Weeks 4 and 5 just popped up on the site! Although Week 5 stops mid-way, so I am not sure if they are not doing an entire 5 weeks or if the last few days are still to be determined. Overall, the deals are similar to last year with just one new deal with Expedia.

The 5-week Daily Getaways just started this week and thus far we’ve seen deals for purchasing Alamo gift certificates and purchasing IHG points. You can check out the deals for Weeks 1, 2, and 3 here. Overall, the deals range from hotel stays, to car rentals, to attraction passes, to purchasing points. While some of them aren’t anything too great, there are a handful of daily deals that are absolutely phenomenal and well worth it.

Here are what Weeks 4 and 5 will look like which includes the cost and limited number available:

Week 4: Universal Orlando Resort, Caesars Hotel Packages in Las Vegas, Hertz Points, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld Passes, and Marriott eGift Cards.

Daily Getaways

Week 5: Fairmont Hawaii and Scottsdale Hotel Stay, Las Vegas MGM Hotel Packages, and Expendia Voucher

Daily Getaways

Every week I will include a recap of the deals for that week along with a daily analysis of whether or not I think the deal is worthwhile. For the new ones now available, I am personally excited for Hertz points, Marriott gift cards, and Expedia voucher (although this is a new one for 2015 so I’ll need to do a little research). For those that like to visit Vegas, there are definitely some good deals there as well.

The deals are available for purchase starting at 1pm ET everyday and are available until they sell out. The better deals will sell out within seconds so you have to be on your computer ready to buy right away. If you get the message that says the deal sold out, I suggest continuously refreshing your browser for the next 15 minutes or so. Some people will decide to not end up purchasing the deal and then they become available again for the next customer.

Goodluck and enjoy your discounted travel deals!

  1. What is your take one the Hyatt points deal? I do have a Hyatt stay coming up and was thinking of combining this stay along with the 20% points back offer.
