While I did work in Bentonville, Arkansas for over two years, I actually do not think I’ve ever been to a Sam’s Club store! I absolutely love shopping for groceries and other items at warehouse stores, but my go-to is Costcos.

Typically, a Sam’s Club membership costs the same $45, but that is for the “Sam’s Savings” and “Sam’s Business” membership. This membership is for the “Sam’s Plus” card which typically sells for $100. This more expensive membership gives you $10 for every $500 spent at Sam’s Club (up to $500 back annually), prescription drug savings, prescription eyeglass savings, and plus member only hours. In addition to the better membership, you are also getting a $20 gift card to use at Sam’s and $22.94 in food vouchers.

This membership cannot be redeemed until April 24, but MUST be redeemed by July 27, 2015. Once redeemed your membership will last for a full year. This deal is only valid for new members or those that were members for less than 6 months prior to todays today. You can purchase this deal here.

  1. Sam’s has some of the best prices on medications bar-none. This even includes Costco. This does require the plus membership that is $100/year, but you could easily save that on your medications alone. So, the above deal could be worth hundreds of dollars/year if you have medication needs.
