$200 Hotel Giveaway!!

This post may contain affiliate links from our advertising partners, such as American Express. Read my Advertiser Disclosure policy here. Additionally, some of the offers on this page may no longer be available through Deals We Like.

Over the past months I’ve written a few posts about the Visa Signature Luxury Hotel Collection. To quickly sum it up the site includes 900 luxury hotels across the globe (both chain and boutique hotels) which are hand picked and all have received high rating. Ultimately, these are top notch hotels! Only those with a Visa Signature credit card (which I am sure most of you do!) can book a hotel through the website. If you look at your credit card, there is a good chance it says “Visa Signature” on it! Some of the more common Visa Signature credit cards include: British Airways, Southwest, Hyatt, United, Wyndham Rewards, Citi Hilton Visa, Alaska Airlines, Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Sapphire, Chase Freedom, Marriott Rewards, CapitalOne Venture, CapitalOne Quicksilver, US Bank FlexPerks Visa, and many more…

The benefit of booking through the Visa Signature Luxury Hotel Collection site is that you will receive some nice perks, including these 7 benefits:

  • Best available rate guarantee
  • Complimentary continental breakfast daily
  • $25 food and beverage voucher
  • Automatic room upgrade upon arrival, if available
  • Free in-room internet, when available
  • 3PM late check-out, upon request
  • VIP guest status

You can read all about the site, my experience staying at a Visa Signature Luxury Collection hotel, various deals, and the benefits in these three prior posts:

The Giveaway!

Since I was able to share all the perks and benefits of the site, I wanted to share with you the opportunity to experience it for yourself! I am giving away a $200 voucher for one lucky blog reader to use on the Visa Signature site. With this voucher, you can also receive all the perks of booking through the site and stay at a luxury hotel! The only stipulation though is to be eligible, you must have a Visa Signature credit card!

You will have three opportunities to enter – Tell me the most luxurious hotel you’ve stayed at by either:

  1. Commenting on this post
  2. Following me on Twitter (@dealswelike) and tweeting at me
  3. Following me on Facebook (Deals We Like) and writing on my wall.

Although the voucher is to be used on the Visa Signature Luxury Hotel Collection site, I am sponsoring the giveaway and not Visa Signature! All entries must be submitted by Sunday May 10 at 11:59pm PT. I will notify the winner on Sunday May 11th. The winner will have three months to book the hotel, but nine months to actually stay at the property. The voucher is for any hotel reservation up to $200. You will be responsible for anything over $200 and all incidentals. Goodluck and enjoy!

Comments

  1. I stayed at the Park Hyatt Washington DC, in a Ambassador suite on a mistake rate of $199 instead of $1,999! Used Thank You points to get Hyatt gift checks to pay for everything! It had an incredible sound system.

  2. Don’t know if most luxurious, but had a really nice suite at the Williard Intercontinental Hotel in Washington DC.

  3. What a fun question! It’s a toss-up: the Amankora in Gangtey, Bhutan or the Triple Creek Ranch in Montana.

  4. The Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas. Hugh standard room on the Gulf and impressive breakfast buffet. Two of my favorites. Plus the 20% points rebate with the Chase Hyatt Visa didn’t hurt either.

  5. I had the Presidential Suite at the Westin in Cancun…the place was enormous, with a huge veranda overlooking the water.

  6. The Park Hyatt in Milan was pretty amazing, but I’m most excited about an upcoming stay at the Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires (can you say butler service?!)

  7. sad to say but mgm in vegas, but hopefully something better next time now that i’m starting to collect miles and points.

  8. Park Hyatt Maldives – Hadahaa. Loved the breakfast it had (Unfortunately, we went just right after they announced only Diamond gets free breakfast. Ouch for paying $30+tax+gratuity, but the food was phenomenal)

  9. I don’t know if it’s the most “luxurious,” but my favorite luxury hotel experience was the Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg!

  10. L’Auberge de Sedona in Azirona is is the best luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
The location is perfect, magic and breathtaking. My husband and I enjoyed having dinner and drinks by the creek and listening to the babbling water. And outdoor shower was an awesome experience for us!

  11. I think the most luxurious hotel I have stayed at was the Boscolo Venezia in Venice. We were upgraded to a two-story suite, with two king beds, an all-marble five-piece bath, and a wonderful view of the canal. Breakfast was luxurious, too!

  12. I wish I could say I’ve done better, but the Intercontinental San Francisco is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in.

  13. I’m currently obsessed with Kimpton–anytime you get upgraded to a suite with the Inner Circle amenity awaiting I consider that pretty luxurious! Loved suites at The Lumen, Monaco Baltimore and The Goodland Santa Barbara!

  14. Intercontinental Amstel (Amsterdam). Free night reward for obtaining IHG credit card. Wish I were still there.

  15. Andaz Maui (Feb 2015) and the Westin Kauai Lagoons (in 1989 when it was new and quite something at the time with its extensive Asian art collection, pools, wildlife islands, horse drawn carriages, private road to the airport, canals with custom Venetian launches, etc. ), which was hit by Hurricane Iniki in 1992 and which is now the Kauai Marriott

  16. Park Hyatt Vendome and Park Hyatt Istanbul, both suite upgrades thanks to Hyatt Diamond and both on the same trip. Not the most luxurious but one of my favs is a canal suite at tje Amarath in Amsterdam!

  17. The Plaza. Upgraded room because of 40th anniversary celebration. Bargain price because I bought Fairmont vouchers during Daily Giveaways Promotion. Would not have known about this without Deals We Like!

  18. We stayed at a Ritz while on vacation. I remember having a gorgeous view of the sunset from whatever floor we were on. I was a kid at the time so I can’t remember all the details. 🙂

  19. Unfortunately I’ve never had the chance to stay in a luxurious hotel…the nicest I’ve been to is maybe embassy suites…thanks for the opportunity to win this giveaway!
