Earn Delta MQMs and Miles by Staying at a Hilton Hotel

Hilton is offering a great way to earn Delta MQMs (medallion qualifying miles) and regular redeemable miles with every stay through December 31, 2015. 

If you are familiar with the Hilton program, you are probably already aware that you can earn airline miles with every single Hilton stay on a normal basis. Hilton gives you the option to earn Points + Points (so essentially bonus points on the points you are already earning) or Points + Miles (miles to your desired airline on top of the points you are already earning. This “double dipping” option is a nice perk and unique to the Hilton program.

With this particular promotion, you’ll earn the following bonuses:

• 250 Medallion Qualification Miles: For every stay of 2+ nights you’ll earn 250 MQMs deposited into your Delta account. This will help you reach a desired Delta status faster. With this promotion you can earn a maximum of 10,000 MQMs.
• Double Miles: For every stay of 2+ nights you’ll earn double Delta miles. Typically you earn 1 Delta mile for every dollar spent, so with this promotion you’ll earn 2 Delta miles for every dollar spent. At Home2Suites properties you are maxed at 100 miles per stay – not sure if that means 200 miles with the promotion or not.

Remember though, you MUST select Delta as your airline of choice and Points + Miles as your earning style preference in your account. Additionally, you must register for this promotion to qualify. Only stays after registration will count. Hilton does not retroactively count stays for promotions.
