UPDATE: This is no longer available.

Thanks to The Flight Deal for tweeting about this awesome deal from many cities in the US to Auckland, New Zealand. Flights are pricing out at approximately $450 and seem to be available from many cities. I selected a random date for flights from both Boston and Dallas and easily saw these cheap fares available. Looks like most have a layover in Los Angeles and are operated by a mix of United (domestic flight) and Air New Zealand. I am currently finding these low fares on Priceline.

Based on what The Flight Deal found, it might require a 10 day stay and valid for flights July through November. I’ll be sure to update as more information is found, but feel free to comment below with what you are finding as well. As always, BOOK NOW AND THINK LATER! You have 24 hours to cancel.

Hello, big fan of your blog. I don’t know if it happened to you before. I booked a sea-lax-syd RT last week for today and I canceled within 24 hours after I booked. I received flight cancellation email from United right away. Yesterday i got an email from united saying I am ready to check in. I thought that was error. Then I looked at previous emails. I realized that the confirmation I received from cancellation email does not existing, different from my original confirmation number. My flight was not caceled. I called United, the agent was not helpful, saying your reservation was still here. This is so weird. What should I do? I am sure I canceled the trip. Thanks for your help.
