IHG credit card holders can receive a 15% discount on the cash portion of a “Points + Cash” reservation made through August 7, 2016 for stays through September 30, 2016.
While a 15% discount on the cash portion is great, keep in mind you will still receive a 10% rebate on the points portion as this is one of the everyday perks of being a card holder. So let’s say you are looking to make a reservation that requires 30,000 points and $50 cash, that will ultimately only cost you 27,000 points and $42.50.
