With any third-party hotel booking site promotion, you’ll only see the discount at select hotels, and typically this excludes all chain hotels.

Hotel rooms will go FAST! If you are looking take advantage of this discount, then be ready to book quick! Unfortunately, there will be a limited of rooms available and the chances of getting a good deal are probably slim. But if you are sitting at your computer doing nothing, you might as well give it a shot! You can check out all the hotel deals here.

  1. Part of the reason I rarely bother to pay attention to this web site is the constant, sloppy use of EXCLAMATION points!!! (Daraius-like — rendering them close to meaningless) Call it the reverse boy who cried wolf phenomenon… Shazaaam, by golly, don’t miss this!!!

Now, with the added infection of “faux” news and web sites, it’s all the more bizarro world. No thinking needed, just scream SALE, a SALE, or better yet, “90% off”!!!

Wow, no examples needed. Just sing, 90% off. How much does expedia pay you for each click? More reason to avoid this site.

    • ps — this particular promotion was supposed to offer hotels at 90% off at 9:00 am pst — 9 minutes ago. But for the full nine minutes since 9:00, the following message appears:

90% Off Select Hotels-9am ALL COUPONS CLAIMED

FRAUD — there never were any such deals. What a crock (and a waste of time for any bothering with you)

    • @escot – Expedia paid me a big goose egg to write this.

In regards to writing examples, I wanted to get the promotion out to readers in advance of it going live to give folks the opportunity to prepare. As I mentioned in my post this sale will go fast, as it did.

  2. Deal sucks. I got the coupon to load at exactly 9am but on the credit card page there was a billing error that prevented me from completing the booking. At least if you are lucky to claim the coupon you should be allowed to complete booking….
