Starwood Double/Triple Promotion is Now Officially Available

A few days ago I wrote about Starwood’s upcoming promotion where you can earn double or triple points on all stays of 2 or more nights. At the time, the promotion details were leaked so you could not register. Well, the promotion is now officially available on the SPG site which lists the hotels included and allows you to register.

For stays between May 27 and August 30, 2017, you’ll earn the following:

  • Triple points: If your stay includes a weekend night (Friday or Saturday)
  • Double points: For all other stays

Additionally, if you have the Starwood credit card, you’ll earn 1,500 bonus points per stay at a Starwood resort. You can view all these properties here.

Remember to register for this promotion by August 30, 2017. You might as well just register now even if you aren’t 100% sure if you’ll have any Starwood stays. Starwood is extremely strict on their registration date so do not miss the boat!

I personally hate promotions that require a 2 night stay. My husband travels a lot for work and typically he is in a city for only one night at a time. Unfortunately, even though he racks up a decent amount of Starwood stays, he will hardly be able to take advantage of this offer.
