Wyndham Rewards Giveaway!

Earlier this week I wrote about a new way to redeem your Wyndham Reward points – instead of using them on a free night at a hotel, you can put them towards an experience. Through Wyndham’s newly launched auction site, you can bid on an experience ranging anywhere from show tickets to hotel getaways to amusement park tickets. You can also enter to win a Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas VIP Experience every single day for just 100 points.

More recently, I’ve been a big fan of their program. They have made it extremely easy to redeem points – 15,000 points a night at any hotel regardless of the type of hotel. This is great for those that like to redeem their hotel points for aspirational hotel stays (i.e., Playa del Carmen, Park City, Aspen, Napa, Orlando, etc.). And if available, you can also use cash and points. On top of that, you can now use your points for villas around the world, timeshare properties, all-inclusive properties, and Caesar hotels. I am happy to see that using your points on an experience is also now an option, similar to Starwood and Marriott.

To help you increase your point balance to bid on one of these experiences, I’ve teamed up with Wyndham and am giving away 25,000 points to my readers! There will be 5 winners, so you can earn 5,000 points each. Entering is simple, all you have to do is 1) Make sure you are a Wyndham Rewards members (if not, you can sign up here), 2) Comment on this blog post with either the experience you’d love to bid on (and win!) or a Wyndham hotel you’d like to visit (there is no wrong answer!). Just make sure to when you are entering your comment, you enter your email address so I can contact the winners. You have until 11:59pm EST August 4, 2017 to enter. I’ll pick 5 winners randomly. Goodluck!

  1. Oh man, oh man, oh man. I’d love to see Elton John and the Million Dollar Piano. My first concert attended was EJ at Dodgers Stadium around 1977. Would love to bid and see him all these years and so many songs later!

  2. I would love the VIP tour experience at 6 flags Chicago. Sounds amazing! Front of the line, lunch and dinner?!?!?!? Wow, I have not been in 16 years and it sure was not a VIP trip like this.

  3. Wow, I can now redeem Wyndham points at Caesar’s Palace? Then I’m really looking forward to spending them in Vegas…

  4. I live so far from my international airport, I usually pay cash to stay at an airport hotel. I would use Wyndham points to stay after a long return flight near the airport.

  5. I would love to have enough points (5,000 would add to my balance nicely!) to visit any Wyndham hotel (actual Wyndham, not Howard Johnson or Travelodge). Been staying at those cheap ones a little too long! šŸ™‚ Thanks.

  6. I want to visit the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar. In fact, I’m already booked there in November, and I’m really looking forward to it.

  7. I would love to take my kids to a BIG FANCY Wyndham hotel! We only ever stay at cheaper ones to be able to go away at all!

  8. I would love any get away after dealing last May with a bone marrow and stem cell replacement and another surgery in Dec. It’s been a rough year with Dr visits , hospitals and physical therapy. I am strong/tough as my Dr calls me. I refuse to allow this to change my life it has to a degree , no more 5K or bridge runs or mud runs but it makes me appreciate the things I can do. So any time away without Dr , or therapy would be wonderful.

  9. Being an art lover, I’d be interested in bidding for the 2 tickets to the “Empty Met Tour at The Metropolitan Museum of Art”.

  10. My husband and I go to Vegas quite often and it would be phenomenal if we can catch Elton John: The Million Dollar Piano @ Caesars Palace the next time we are there, so would love to bid on that.

Honestly at this point in time I would take a vacation just about anywhere lol. I usually work 6 to 7 days a week and at the end of the month have very little money left or am plain just tired and don’t do anything. It’s the simple things in life that are important. To be honest if I won a free nite or a destination I would take the time off and finially do something for myself.

  13. I would like to actually go diving in Hawaii and stay at a Wyndham Property or Visit Australia and dive the Coral reef barriers…last but certainly not least attend a Jazz festival in the Caribbean.

  14. I’d like to visit the Shelborne South Beach, which is a Wyndham parter. Cant go wrong with South Beach and the hotel looks great.

  15. Im a regular in Vegas and been looking at the Wyndham Grand Dessert, seems like the amenities are great for the price. I haven’t had the chance to stay there and would be nice to enjoy this place but haven’t been lucky as my friends rather stay on the strip so always go with their plans. Hopefully I’ll take some vacations myself and enjoy this property. And yes No friends this time.
