Hyatt and Hilton Offering Limited Time Sale

As the annual January rat-race to get a slice of the minimal amount of your disposable travel income continues, both Hilton and Hyatt are offering two different limited time promotions.

This particular deal promises “up to 30% off” at select Hyatt properties in the U.S, Canada, and Caribbean. This 48-hour promotion ends at midnight Wednesday January 18th. You must use promotion code C48JAN at

This seems to be a pretty strong offer, depending on the hotel.   However, be sure to check the rate with and without the code.  Some properties seem to offer no practical discount at all.  I tried the Morristown, NJ property with and without the code, and got the exact same rate of $95.20.
Thanks to reader Noah for sending this my way!
This promotion runs until the end of the month of January and offers “up to 33% off your weekend stay.” No additional promotional code is needed and the “Any Weekend, Anywhere Sale” rates will automatically be given. These rates, however, are non-refundable, so make sure to be sure of your travel plans.
This offer is actually giving me the lowest rate at many hotels, less than corporate rates, AAA rates, best offers, anything! I was looking at the Waldorf Astoria Boca Beach Club property in Florida and this rate was actually $75 less/night than the best rate offered.
**Also, if you book between 12pm EST TODAY January 17th through 11:59am EST TOMORROW January 18th, you will earn an additional 2,500 bonus points per stay! You can earn up to 10,000 bonus points with this special Facebook promotion.
To claim your 2,500 bonus points:
1. Book your stay on
2. Access the promotional Facebook page during this promotional period
3. Enter your Hilton confirmation number and Hilton Honors number
You can also double dip this promotion with Hilton’s current quarterly promotion! A 2-night weekend stay will net you 9,500 bonus points!
Happy booking!

  1. You should put in a disclaimer so that people know that clicking on your links (like the Hilton ones above) go through your affiliate links and that you get reimbursement from us doing so.

    • @Scott – You are absolutely correct. I have a generic disclaimer on the blog as well.

By the way, this is by no means a reimbursement, but an extremely small commission. With Hilton I actually have yet to receive anything.

Additionally, I have taken out the affiliate link to show that I would have posted this anyways. This is actually a really good sale and a great promotion tied to it. Hope you all can jump on this sale if you have upcoming Hilton stays!

  2. Mrs. Deals has to pay the server fees, people! Are you aware of affiliate fees? They are pennies. And you are getting access to deals, for absolutely free. Seems a bit bitchy to complain about.

  3. @Mrs. Deals Just want to pass this along if you haven’t seen it…. check out Dan’s Deals, looks like a nice AMEX promotion just started for those who live in/near NYC….
