United just came out with a new promotion where you’ll earn double flights when you fly United anywhere in the continental US. Tickets much have been purchased October 21 through November 21, 2013 and travel must be completed by November 21, 2013 to qualify.
While double miles is always a great promotion, unfortunately this particular promo does not include all fare classes and the super cheap fares will not earn you bonus miles. Members can earn double award miles on base miles earned for travel in F, A, J, C, D, Z, P, Y, B, M, E, U, H, Q, V, W and S fare classes. That means flights booked in T, L, K, G, and N fare classes are NOT eligible. The fact that this is only available for NEW reservations and not for all fares classes really does limit the promotion.
