Amex Daily Getaways: CityPass Passes

This post may contain affiliate links from our advertising partners, such as American Express. Read my Advertiser Disclosure policy here. Additionally, some of the offers on this page may no longer be available through Deals We Like.

Tomorrow’s Daily Getaway promotion (Week 2, Day 3) is offering CityPass passes. This is actually one of the worst offers during the 5 weeks of the Daily Getaways promotion, but I still wanted to ensure to highlight tomorrows deal.

With this offer you can get:

  • Visit 5 of San Francisco’s Top Attractions for $86 (125 available)
  • Visit 5 of Atlanta’s Top Attractions for $74 (75 available)
  • Visit 5 of Chicago’s Top Attractions for $94 (125 available)
  • Visit 6 of Seattle’s Top Attractions for $64 (88 available)
  • Visit 6 Top New York Attractions for $109 (150 available)

Now, this is the exact same price as purchasing directly from the CityPass website. The only difference is if you use an American Express card you can get a 10% discount. So if you were definitely planning on purchasing the CityPass for one of the included cities you might as well get 10% off. Keep in mind though that passes for children (ages 6-17) are cheaper through the CityPass site directly as the Daily Getaways site does not offer discounted children’s tickets.

Another thing to note is if you buy from CityPass directly you have an entire year to return your purchased pass for a refund if not redeemed. If you purchase through the Daily Getaways offer all sales are final.

This “deal” will go on sale at 1pm EST TOMORROW Wednesday May 28th. Quantities are limited, although since this is not a good deal I am not so sure how fast they will go. Nonetheless, if you are hoping to purchase one of these offers I suggest getting to your computer a few minutes before the sale starts.
