Amex Daily Getaways: Las Vegas Hotel Packages

Tomorrow’s Daily Getaway promotion (Week 3, Day 5) is offering 5 different packages at some popular hotels in Vegas. These include:

  • 2 nights for 4-guests at Mandalay Bay (+ more) for $1,700 (4 available)
  • 2 nights in a suite at New York-New York (+ more) for $535 (5 available)
  • 4 nights at the Excalibur (+more) for $525 (5 available)
  • 2 nights in a penthouse suite at HOTEL32 Monte Carlo hotel (+ more) for $1,150 (4 available)
  • 4 nights in a suite at the Mirage (+4 more) for $1,975 (6 available)

While many of these are quite expensive, they include much more then just the hotel room. For example, the Mandalay Bay offer also includes 4 tickets to Michael Jackson ONE, 2 dinners for 4 people at a restaurant of your choice at Mandalay Bay, a50 minute massage for each guest, and round-trip airport limo transfer. If you are using an Amex card the total packages comes to $1,530 which you may or may not think is a good deal. It really depends on how you value all the extra items that come on top of the actual hotel room.

These packages do have an expiration date anywhere between December 27, 2014 and January 31, 2015 and blackout dates do apply, so you need to ensure you’ll be able to make a trip to Vegas within the next 7 months. Make sure to check the expiration date for the package you are interested in and I suggest calling the hotel directly to learn more about blackout dates if they aren’t listed on the offer terms.

This deal will go on sale at 1pm EST TOMORROW Friday June 7th. I am not sure how popular these offers are, however, there are only 24 available in total so I expect them to go quite quick. Also remember, like all other Daily Getaway promotions, you’ll receive 10% off the purchase price if you use any American Express credit card!
