This is a quick PSA to let you know that Hyatt will be undergoing a system maintenance and account information will not be available between December 15 through December 18, 205.
This means you will not be able to access any of your account information during this time online or on the phone. This includes point information, promotional awards, etc. You also will not be able to redeem points for a free night award (full point awards, cash & points, suite upgrades, etc.). If you want to use points to redeem for a free night award, make sure to do that within the next few days, or else you’ll need to wait until after December 18.Â
During this time, you will be able to earn points during eligible stays and book PAID reservations. Although, points earned during this system down time will not be reflected in your account until December 28, 2015.
