I was recently pitched a new app called Postly which allows you to send postcards right from your phone. I took a look at their site and actually thought it was a cool concept. Instead of purchasing a standard postcard from a tourist trap store, you can send a personalized postcard of YOU enjoying your vacation from where ever you are. The postcard is then sent to the recipient in the regular US mail. Here is a video about the app if you want to check it out: https://youtu.be/RcoBzOOfFv4.

While I have no affiliation with the site, they are offering Deals We Like readers the opportunity to send their first postcard for FREE. This is perfect timing with many readers heading off on vacation within the next few weeks. Typically postcards cost $1.99 (regardless if you are sending them from a domestic or international vacation). For those that are big into sending family and friends back home postcards of their trip, I actually think this can be cheaper at times and so much easier! I also love the personalization opportunity.

Here are the download links:

Just enter promo code “deals” on the first screen of the app. This will then allow you to send your first postcard for free!

While I haven’t yet used Postly, I plan on giving it a shot on my upcoming vacation next week!
