As I mentioned a few days ago, during Amazon Prime Day, Amazon credit card holders were able to receive a $30 discount on a $150 or more purchase (related post). A pretty awesome deal in additional to all the already discounted sale prices! To receive the discount you had to enter a specific code, but unfortunately it was pulled early and left a decent number of unhappy customers.

To make it right, Amazon has been depositing $30 credits into customers accounts who attempted to use the code but couldn’t. While Amazon has been sending out emails to select customers, I still recommend checking your account to see if a $30 credit has miraculously appeared!

If you tried to use the code VISA30 during Amazon Prime Day and did not receive the discount that day or a credit appear in your account today, I suggest contacting Amazon using their chat feature. Amazon chat is typically pretty good and hopefully can manually apply the credit for you. If you aren’t getting anywhere with them, close the chat and try again with a new representative! You can contact Amazon here.
