Last week I wrote about two travel conferences where you can learn more about points and miles – FTU Travel Expo and FTU Signature. While both will be great events, I want to focus on the FTU Travel Expo since it is a brand new event and today is the last day to purchase tickets at a discount! Both events are taking place at the Marriott O’Hare Hotel, Chicago the weekend of November 18, 2017.

What is the FTU Travel Expo?

The FTU Travel Expo is a one-day event (unlike the FTU Signature event which will take place for the entire weekend). The event will include over 50 vendors to bring you a variety of tools, apps, demonstrations, products, services and more that will help improve your travel experience. There will also be featured speakers presenting on the hottest topics in points and miles. Some speakers include: Rudy Maxa, Nomadic Matt, Frequent Miler, Chris Guillebeau, Johnny Jet and Chris McGinnis. They are working on confirming more speakers as well! There is a chance you’ll also be able to meet me/see me speak, I am just trying to figure out the logistics if that weekend will work for me.

Travel conferences can sometimes be expensive, but this one-day expo is actually pricing out on the cheap side. The event is just $39, but if you use discount code FTUEARLY and book by end of day today, June 25th, you’ll receive $10 off which brings the cost down to just $29. And parking at the hotel is only $3 a day! So if you happen to be in Chicago on November 18 and want to learn more about points and miles, this could be a great opportunity! You can learn more about purchase tickets here.

Will you be attending this event?
