Register All Your Amex Credit Cards for Amex Offers

This post may contain affiliate links from our advertising partners, such as American Express. Read my Advertiser Disclosure policy here. Additionally, some of the offers on this page may no longer be available through Deals We Like.

While having an Amex Offer available via Twitter is by far the easiest way to register an Amex credit card for an Amex Offer, many times the offers are only available through your account. What many people do not realize is that even with Amex Offers available only through the Amex site, you can still register all of your American Express credit cards (assuming the offer appears for that card) – you are no limited to just one of your Amex cards. If you are new to Amex Offers, read this post: “Overview and FAQs of Amex Offers.

To see what is available, sign into your account and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to the “Amex Offers & Benefits” section. If you go to your American Express account often, you’ll notice a different look.

All the promotions are you eligible for will be listed. Only a handful will list at first, but if you scroll down and click the “View All” button, you’ll see all offers for that card. If you have multiple American Express cards, the offers might be different as well. To see what another offers you are eligible for on another American Express card, you will need to click on the card image at the top of the page.

Before you can take advantage of the offer, you MUST enroll by clicking the “Add to Card” button. You will see all your enrolled offers by click the “Added to Card” link.

Not all cards can be registered. You can only save offers to Amex cards that show up on in your account. For example, you cannot save offers this way for your Bloomingdales American Express, Macy’s American Express, any Citi co-branded cards. etc. For these cards, the best way to take advantage of the Amex Offers is through Twitter.

Registering for the same offer for multiple cards

You CAN register for the same offer for multiple cards. MAKE SURE TO READ THIS PART PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR ANY OFFERS. If the same offer shows in multiple accounts, once you save the offer from one account it will disappear from another account meaning you are limited to 1 per account. However, there are two roundabout methods to enroll in the offer for multiple cards:

  • The multi-browser trick. Sign into your American Express account at the same time on different web browsers (or on different tabs depending on the browser you are using). On the first browser view all your Amex Offers by clicking the “View All” button for Card A. On the second browser click on the again click the “View All” button for Card B. Repeat the process for every single Amex card you have. Add each offer to your card right after another without changing the site you are on or closing any browsers.
  • Create a different account PER card. This means having a different username and password for each card. I personally prefer everything in one account, but this will allow you to enroll the offer on multiple cards with no errors, assuming the offer appears for each card. I find this method to be annoying, so prefer the above method – I just make sure to be extra careful.

If you have the American Express app on your phone, you can also register for these promotions on the go, but registering multiple cards is difficult. You can also see which promotions you’ve already taken advantage of (since most of the promos are limited to one statement credit per card), by clicking on the “Savings” link.
