Another EverSave Mystery Grab Bag offer! This is the third time in the past few months that I’ve seen this, and people have enjoyed these discounted gift card or money making opportunities!

EverSave is another deal-a-day site where they are offering another Mystery Grab Bag offer for $5. Although it is called “mystery” grab bag, they are telling you exactly what you are getting on the check out screen – no no surprises. For $5 you will get a $10 1-800-Flowers.com gift card and a $25 Restaurant.com gift card. You are also able to use up to $4 EverSave dollars left in your account, so potentially getting this for $1. Additionally, when you purchase the item you can send the deal to a friend (or yourself!) and you’ll get $2 back in EverSave rewards to use at a future time, really making this deal $3.

I quickly looked up to see if 1-800-Flowers.com gift cards can be sold and many of the sell/buy sites have a $25 minimum. However, abcgiftcards.com will take the $10 gift card and give you $5 in cash payment or $5.25 if you’d prefer an Amazon.com gift card. UPDATE: A reader said you need to send in the gift card and e-gift cards are not accepted, so this might not work. While I’ve purchased the voucher, I have yet to get to the next step of attempting to sell it.

If you are new to EverSave, you can sign up here. You will also get $5 in free credit.

So for my $5 purchase, I will ultimately be getting $5.25 back in an amazon.com gift card (which I’ll always use) and a Restaurant.com gift card (which again are always used). For me, it was a great way to get rid of same Save Rewards before they expire. While this is not a huge money maker at all, my main purpose was to get money for my Save Rewards. I also actively use Restaurant.com so that is a savings of about $4 to me on a future purchase – net return for me is $6.25.

Enjoy!

Hi,

The 1800-flowers gift card is a e-gift card… abcgiftcards.com site seems to require me to mail in the gift card to them (which can’t be done as it is an e-card)… so, can you pls clarify how to send it to them ?

Thanks !

@Vaidy – I actually haven’t gotten to that step yet, so you might be correct. I’ll let you know if I find a solution.
