New Best Buy Amex Offer! Receive a $30 Statement Credit Just in Time for Black Friday!

A new Amex Offer just appeared which is right in time for your Black Friday shopping! With this offer, you’ll receive a $30 statement credit when spending $300 at Best Buy. Or, if you have an American Express Membership Rewards earning credit card, you might see an offer for a bonus 3,000 Membership Reward points instead. Since I value Membership Reward points to be at least 1.5 cents per point, this can be worth at least $45 towards free travel! This offer is for an in-store or online purchase and it does not have to be in a single purchase.

This offer appeared on every single one of my American Express credit cards which makes me believe that this offer is widely available, although you’ll still need to check your American account to check on your eligibility and add the offer to your card.

Maximizing the offer

This is an awesome offer to save not only at Best Buy, but at Amazon as well! First off, Best Buy sells many gift cards in their store, such as Amazon, so purchasing $300 Best Buy or Amazon gift card (in-store, not online), will trigger the statement credit! This can then allow you to use the gift card at another store and save 10% off on pretty much any purchase for your upcoming holiday purchase!

This is definitely going to be a popular offer, so I suggest adding it to your card sooner than later before it hits maximum eligibility.
