Daily Getaways: $350 Off at Expedia + Gold Status

This post may contain affiliate links from our advertising partners, such as American Express. Read my Advertiser Disclosure policy here. Additionally, some of the offers on this page may no longer be available through Deals We Like.

Today’s Daily Getaway promotion (Week 5, Day 3) is a new one this year where you can purchase a $1,000 Expedia certificate for only $650. Additionally, you’ll receive +gold status for an entire year.

Expedia Daily GetawaysWhile saving $350 off a Hotel reservation is awesome, you must redeem the certificate in a single reservation. Unfortunately, it cannot be split up amongst multiple reservations which is a bummer. So if you like to book a bunch of $150 stays through Expedia this is not for you. But, if you have an expensive ($1,000+) stay you need to book, this could save you some decent money. This certificate DOES NOT expire.

You’ll also receive Expedia +gold status with this Daily Getaway.  This status will be valid through February 29, 2016 and will give you some perks such as complimentary upgrades (when available), free WiFi at certain properties, etc. I personally wouldn’t purchase this deal based on the +gold status, but as an extra perk with the $350 off certificate. You can check out +gold status benefits here.

There are only 50 available so I expect this one to go quick. It is one of the better offers during this 5 week Daily Giveaway promotion as it has a fixed value and is catered towards the mass majority of travelers. This deal will go on sale at 1pm EST TODAY Thursday April 20.  I expect them to go quickly, so if you are looking to purchase one, make sure to be on your computer a few minutes before and continuously refreshing the screen. You also must be a member of the Expedia+ rewards to purchase this offer. You can sign up here if needed.
