If you are looking to use the JetBlue promotion, please read!

A little while ago, JetBlue changed the terms on some of the generic mystery coupon codes and the $50 off can only be used on roundtrip travel. However, if you are looking to book a one-way they will take off $25. Some have commented saying that the $30 off still works for one-way trips, but that could change as well.

The terms for the promotion does state: “$20 to $300 off the base fare of a one-way or roundtrip JetBlue flight (nonstop or connecting) originating from the United States (including Puerto Rico) between 9/14/12 and 11/7/12.” So technically the $50 off nonstop still should work, especially if you received the promotional email, but they changed their mind. Unfortunately, I have no say with JetBlue!

For those that got in before, congrats, for those who didn’t, $25 off a one-way flight still is great!!! You can read more about this promotion on this prior blog post.

  1. Ah yes, you need to edit your post then. “However, if you are looking to book a one-way they will take off $50.”

I’ve already booked for NYC for $14RT in Nov! After already having another NYC trip planned for end of Sept!

  2. Last night, the $50 code would not work but I got the $30 codes to work for one ways. I did 4 o/w’s total (2 each for my wife & I). The Jet Blue website is quite buggy and two bookings “timed out” and I had to reenter the information. On #4 booking, the airfare increased over $20.

We decided to cancel the trip. I cancelled well within 24 hrs and Jet Blue gave us travel credits instead of refunds.

Bottom line: In our case, JetBlue gave us travel bank credits instead of refunding our credit cards. (we cancelled well within 24 hrs). We would be able to use the travel bank credits within a year but refunds to CC’s are much better.

Anyway, THANK YOU :)for posting the codes & all the information for the community.
