New Southwest Routes for the Fall and Spring

With the announcements of this mornings schedule extension, Southwest also announced some new routes which will hopefully provide you with some more options for flying Southwest!

New Fall Routes

  • Columbus, Ohio and Houston Hobby – daily service starting October 3, 2018
  • Louisville, Kentucky and Houston Hobby – daily service starting October 3, 2018
  • Memphis and Denver – daily service starting October 3, 2018
  • Albany and Las Vegas – Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun service October 3, 2018
  • Cleveland and Orlando – Saturday only service starting October 6, 2018
  • Milwaukee and Fort Myers, Florida – Saturday only service starting October 6, 2018
  • Oklahoma City and Nashville – Sunday only service starting October 7, 2018
  • Denver and El Paso – Sunday only service starting October 7, 2018
  • Oakland, California and Tucson, Arizona – Sunday only service starting October 7, 2018

New Spring Routes

  • Dallas Love Field and Pensacola, Florida – daily service starting April 8, 2019
  • Albuquerque and Orlando – Saturday only service starting April 13, 2019
  • Boston and Orlando – Saturday only service starting April 13, 2019
  • Charleston, South Carolina and Denver – Saturday only service starting April 13, 2019
  • New Orleans and Cancun – Saturday only service starting April 13, 2019
  • Kansas City, Missouri and Pensacola, Florida – Saturday only service starting April 13, 2019
  • San Jose, California and El Paso – Sunday only service starting April 14, 2019
  • San Jose, California and New Orleans – Sunday only service starting April 14, 2019

If you have any plans to travel these routes, you can now book flights through June 8, 2019.

yup, luv luv, best policies going on baggage, flight changes, etc….. but come on Southwest, what’s with the constant tease and then non follow-up on routes to Hawaii? How long has this been going on now? Two years and no routes yet?

As for the “new” routes you promote, what’s with all the Sunday only routes?
