JetBlue is one of those airlines that only extends their flight schedule every few months in batch, instead of 330 days in advance like some of the other airlines. Historically, flights have always been extended on a Sunday and the Friday beforehand they open up the booking window to those interested in a JetBlue Vacation. That means you can already book extended flights if you are booking a JetBlue Vacation, or wait until later today to book desired flights through Oct. 24, 2020. (Previously you could only book flights through Sept. 9, 2020). Typically, the calendar opens up at noon EST.
Update: The schedule is now open for bookings!
This is a great opportunity to book flights for next fall, including the popular long weekend over Columbus Day. For peak travel dates, many times the day the schedule is announced results in the least expensive fare prices.
You also have 24 hours to cancel a flight for a full refund, so you can always “book now and figure it out later”. If your plans are flexible, use the JetBlue Fare Finder which will give you the cheapest price for every day of the month.
JetBlue also has an extremely flexible change and cancelation policy for JetBlue Mosaic numbers. You can cancel or change your flight with absolutely no fee. Additionally, if you find out later that a flight you previously booked has gone down in price, you can always get your flight re-priced by calling the JetBlue Mosaic line.
